3 in 1 Plyometric Box - 16”W x 20”D x 24”H

Our 3 in 1 wooden plyometric boxes are built out of hardwood plywood, and designed for strength and endurance training. Each box provides 3 different height options for you to choose from, simply flip the box to a different side and you’re ready to go. Each box is built with pre-drilled holes, interlocking joints, and reinforced internal support on the larger plyo box. The edges have also been sanded down to reduce shin scrapes on missed jumps. The plyo boxes come shipped unassembled but can be ordered fully assembled for an additional charge.
